TERMS AND RESTRICTIONS
All payments made by clients to Novotrend using the above cryptocurrencies are automatically converted and credited to clients' trading accounts in USD.
Example: You sent 1 ETH
(Ethereum) to the company's wallet. At the moment of crediting, the value of Ethereum
was $3,400. Your trading
account will be deposited with $3,400.
Second example: You sent 1 BTC to the company's wallet. At the moment of crediting, the value of 1 BTC (bitcoin) was $64,000. Your trading account will be deposited with $64,000.
In case of withdrawal.
Novotrend deducts the amount in USD from the client's trading account, converts it to the specified cryptocurrency and sends it to the client's wallet.
The base currency for trading accounts funded with cryptocurrency is the US dollar.
Deposits funded with cryptocurrency are processed within 10 to 120 minutes.
The client shall accept the risk of possible losses due to fluctuations in BTCUSD, ETHUSD, BCHUSD, BNBUSD and other cryptocurrencies between the moment he sends BTC, ETH, BCH, BNB, SOL, XMR, XRP to Novotrend and the moment Novotrend converts them back to US dollars.

Requests are processed within a business day, but funds can be received into your account within 5-7 business days.
Withdrawals from your trading account are processed by our financial department within three working hours, from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 8 pm (+3 UTC).
Instant withdrawal via cryptocurrency is available without commissions and without delays.
Attention!
Withdrawal of funds is carried out only to the details from which one of your accounts was deposited successfully. Novotrade does not process withdrawal requests for third parties. All such requests will be rejected.
If a client requests a withdrawal when there is no trading activity, Novotrade reserves the right to charge you the equivalent amount of any bank, exchange fee or 6% of the total withdrawal amount.
If the account is considered inactive (no trading activity) for a period of 6 months, we will charge a monthly inactivity fee of 10 EUR/USD.

Withdraw of funds
in order to withdraw funds from your account you need to create a withdrawal request in your personal account under “Accounts” - Withdrawal. Withdrawal will take from 1 day to 5 working days according to the Regulations.
Verification is required only once per account opening.
